Over my 17+ years in practice as a naturopathic doctor and working with people struggling with headaches, migraines, concussions, brain fog, "menopause brain", and other brain health issues, I’ve seen clinical proof of what the science says is true: the brain can regenerate itself.
The term we use for this is “neuroplasticity,” which means that nerve cells can make new connections and reorganize to functionally heal the brain and nervous system.
